I myself used to yell a lot but after watching more games I realized even 10 mistakes will not guarantee your team's loss at all....it is a game man!
You guys need need to mute everyone and focus on your game. Play your own game to the best of your ability.
How do u even tilt over a game, i play and care about my mmr a lot but i just dont know how's it possible to flame in dota. The only way i flame is prob using ' sorry ' in chat wheel lmfao

its been working for me in ranked matchmaking, i'm being always positive, im never flaming anyone and i got a sweet green page atm
I'm get easily triggered when my teammates not listen to me, My tips just mute your teammates and enemy but don't throw the game easily
My advise is to CHILL OUT. Easier said than done, so if you have the need to flame, make sure you say shit like "This axe is such an idiot probably dropped on head as a baby" in rl, but also, make sure that you do not say that over mic. That way, only you tilt yourself, and your team can focus on their game despite playing like a total moron.

As soon something goes wrong,i tilt and flame my team and i play like shit and we lose.How to stay calm and play normaly ? I lose games mainly because of that,need to fix my problem..
