rofl same here when I'm playing in a party valve giving me at least 2 enemies with more than 1k of my mmr tho their teammates are usually 2k it just makes game harder
Just check your replays and analyze what your opponents are doing agianst you. A better player will make you play worse than you could under different circumstances. If you have a team, you can join the international scrim group and just play against teams of 6k+ Once you get used to that level, you won't feel out of space in your rankeds ;) GL
Also when u know u are playing against higher mmr players, dont overthink it. It can take ur focus
You've developed snowballing habits. You're unconsciously learned to play in a way optimal for making use of the skill gap between you and your opponents and capitalizing on that. But playing like this won't work on people who play an equal playing ground.
An example of this is look at how pro players play their pub games and their professional games. They don't play anywhere remotely the same.

I'm pretty awful against playing against other people that are equally skilled or more skilled than me, I play in Aus and im 5.7kish and most of the games i play are like 4k-low 5k avg games where I can just smash the other team.
But when it comes to higher avg games like 5.6k+ I play like a fuckin ape, i get raped in lane i feed im underfarmed just a disaster
Like im good at carrying low avg games but I suck in high mmr avg games because im an ape, how do i get good?
