1 can be laned anywhere
2 faster jungler than jug (timewalk 6 sec cd ability)
damage output more with jug but void is better all around.

Jugg farms better than void, he has a low BAT, jugg is also versatile he can be laned safe or mid
Jugg can also survive offlane pretty well if forced to offlane or if he is dodging another lane.
How the fuck do you lose your lane with jugg? Why would you offlane with him? Did you last pick jugg and go off with a quelling blade?
I actually watched jugg go offlane in a pro match a few days ago, but he was just dodging a lane alongside his support, so he wasn't playing the 3 position, he was just farming there. He also rekt that lane.
Jugg is one of the worst hero in game his ulti is absolutely dogshi.t,unreliable af,carry with healing ward, but its all g couse he still have most op 1level spell,he used to be good when he could fight other carrys out of his ulti and battlefury,now he is about to use those two spells and run back to his mum,almost every item counter him,even the poorest supp in doto can build glimmer or scepter,while faces farm become 100% worth and its only about his skill

jugg can be spell immune, but comes at a cost in the lategame since u cant hit during it
void can get in your face, altough he can't escape from roots
i feel like chrono is an overall better ability, with a similar downtime to omnislash, which is kind of a hit or miss ability, you can barely find pickoffs during laning stage with it which seems to be the name of this patch: after u reach lvl6, u go gank somewhere and get a tower/ rotate back to lane and farm. chrono is a 100% reliable disable which can set up for longer channel time spells or just bash the fuck outta them during the uptime. not talking about that void also has a slow, which is a very powerful silence too if we put it that way. jugg can make a better use of the manta illusions cause they have the crit, but he also needs a blink to be in your face and ensure a decent omnislash
