i explained this before at another topic saying wtf is going on.
its a new account created by a probably a good player then he calibrate 5k international ranked and get 8k with playing it, after that he calibrated his normal mmr as 3.5k and dropped it down (probably trolled a lot games)
thats the most logical thing i can think how its happen.
he might use bots or stuffs, idk since we cant see his match data.
U did say he plays in south korea so he must be very smart
he can use cheat engine to locate the gap between space and time of the game rendering enemies vulnerable and winning as much games as he wants .. the gap between space and time is easier to access in international ranked tho
I have mathed with him. Imo he is very good. I got rekted by brood mid. Maybe he bought 2k account and boosted his int rank.

This guy is 2k mmr but his international ranked is 8k MMR ? i don't get it , you can't calibrate that high , nor has he played enough matches to reach 8k
