That 15lvl talent is a big nerf. He doesn't need more hp. He lost 30 dmg...It's huge for him. One of the worst heroes right now.

And voker got cataclysm talent wtf?

All other heroes got cool buffs and mh fckng arc wrden got some shtty talents

Arc is still op hero in right hands,so i don't think he needed buffs.He still remain viable, but not like before(pick arc = 80% win game).And u shold try new bilds on him with new items idk...try it or try another heroes like tinker,he got huge buffs with new items and talents.

Yeah, Arc was so OP that pretty much no one played him in 6k+ & the highest MMR Arc Spammer I know is just 7k & in EU not even 7k. Hero needed buff badly & instead got nerfed. People should learn to use brain - if someone has 80% on AW, he clearly is a booster. Hero is extremely weak right now, which is sad because he is fun to play.

nullifier: 5 sec duration, low cast range + projectile, 65 damage and 5 armor

hex: 3.5 sec duration, huge cast range, no projectile, disarms, 10str/agi

nullifier lasts long enough to make bloodthorn pop and counters dispel items. nobody will manfight u while bloodthorned

^On paper it looks nice, but u need to farm those items. Games will end before he gets there. As a main carry he is no longer that good when u look how ridiculous are current AM, Sven & PA.

How is Viper getting a buff? It's just a transition into a new hero. Now he has serious mana issue and will probably have to buy Arcane Boot to spam Nethertoxin to farm.

the cast range on nullifier is also low, and since when did arc not kill a hero in the 7 second double hex duration

its actually a subtle aw buff

hex doesnt give u 65 damage and 5 armor :V:V:V

and u need damage because they removed ur damage talent for some awful reason

oh and nullifiers like 1000 cheaper than hex

u dont need cast range for clone pickoff, just invis up and hit from close ez gamburger

no hex dispel is a pretty clear arc/tinker buff anyway
