i think you definetly get the lifesteal at 20 against all carry teams with little magic burst you probably get blur other wise I think you almost always go coup de grace. 20% cleave really isn't a lot but it might be better against summons.

if there is anything you can or need to farm or clear in the AoE, cleave is probably better
double dagger is a commodity you can get when you do not really need the bonus lifesteal, if you do pick it instead
blur over crit if you are dying I guess but maybe even then a 20% chance to crit might be better, who knows

Minus armor and coup de grace= kill support with dager

take 20 cleave cause -4 armor is not that much pa is not a flash farmer so if u dont snowball u will be lacking in farm like carries like jugg and am and removal of pms also weaken pa early game . lifesteal is always better and it stacks multiplicatively with satanic which is great in late game. at level 25 its already late game so opponent sure got mkbs so if u count 75% accuracy u hardly increasing your evasion from 12% to 18% i.e 6%(read accuracy in dota wiki) so 5% coup degrace always better as its a huge crit.

^if you want to snowball, you pick -4 armor instead of cleave on PA. That + deso is insane

ofc -4 armor, cleave only versus PL, not even for farm, because PA farms heros not creeps
