Go +15 agi imo, thats 15 attack speed, 15 damage and 2.5 armour which is a pretty sweet deal. Especially with the removal of the +10 all stats talent you are lacking a bit in the stats department.
I never like the -1 blink talent cuz I don't think it changes anything most of the time. But 15 agi is a solid plus. but that is just me.

I'd rather farm faster with blink cd reduc. 4 seconds usually is just enough to finish a jungle camp so blink is precisely up every time you clear one in the "must farm fast" stage. Also with CD and Range talents, you can really escape just about anything dangerous once you have linkens/aghs to add into it. There's arguments for when AGI is relevant but it seems a worse "go-to" than increased mobility imo.
The 1 sec cd is not only for farm, it allows you to have more mobility in the teamfight, allowing you to bkink more constantly and to be a more mobile threat in the teamfight, jumping in and out a second more oftenly can be crucial

You either go -1 blink cd or 15 agi, after the changes his level 15 talent is the only talent that gives him stats, however the blink cooldown makes you farm faster once you get more items, -1 blink cd in a fight is more mobility, while 15 agi is more damage, which one is better?
