no detail just accused some random person who won the game against you is not enough. You should explain in detail why would you think he cheated from replay or something. He is divine player so he has a lot more of credibility.

very very fast cast spells. tried to hit Invoker of invisible, (hit has no reached) already cast blast and hex. Its impossible to human . And those moments are very much in the game

This is insane.. I play invoker once I think even not using quick cast and u can use 3 skill in 2-2.5miniseconds with aganims with items.. Even ur cursor is pointing anywhere its in the setting as i remember if not mistaken as long its near to hero and no other creatures oneuts creeps or heroes. Correct me if im wrong
