Notice how most of those players are the captains. To play like that you need a superior game sense, being able to work from behind the scene and coordinate the team throughout alot of situations. Qualities that also needed in captains, so it's only logical
You can't declare who the best support in the world is when you don't know what it takes to be that level of a support (and often captain) to your team.
All you can comment on are tournament wins, heroes played, caster hype and looks (KappaPride).
