if you have a disconnected ally each of your pauses lasts a minute minimum. otherwise you encountered a bug

Dota 2 API je momentálně nedostupné. Výsledky tvých zápasů se zobrazí hned jak se vrátí.
It was my impression that if a player is disconnected on your team, the enemy team cannot unpause - or at least has to wait. I just played a game in which a teammate disconnected. Every time we paused one enemy player would instantly unpause. Does anyone know the specifics of how the pause mechanic works and in what situations one can unpause the game?
