To reach 10k behavior score you need to say commend all at the end of the game when you win, commend all of your teammates first and they will commend you back this only works when you win though, expect no commends but rather a lot of reports when you lose.(i have 9k - 10k behavior score for the past 2years and 9months since i started playing dota 2) 9.9k behavior score rn.
As for the question on how to go pro mode wait for the immortal chads to teach you.
10K BS, just avoid getting reported. Commends don't do anything for behavior score, they don't counter-act reports. It might sound kinda beta, but quell any negative emotions from your teammates, especially directly towards you. A sorry when you make a mistake that they notice, being very active with in-game comms, etc.
Red arrow is with respect to your personal averages for that hero you're playing. If you have a 10 K/1 D/10 A average on a hero with 25K net worth, and go 9K/2D/12A with 24K net worth or some crap in a game, it will read it as an underperformance according to your averages, even if you won and performed well enough to be MVP.

How does it work? What i do to go pro? Why dota 2 programming designed to mess with the head?
Also, anyone know how to crack 7k behavior score? Haven't been able to beat it yet
