kotl method = 4-8 min for dagger + 6 min for abandon , you get low priority like every 6-7 games
you can try other methods like afking with invis heroes or afk cliff (moderate report rate)
or shift queueing camps with axe/ursa etc (slightly lower i think)
which is semi viable at higher mmr but as you reach lower mmr you need to actively grief your team to have a good chance of losing
also depends on what type of account your are using, when i was using the 2k account from hotsauce lp was really easy cos the hidden mmr had very low uncertainty so even after stomping 70+ single draft games it only got to high skill finally, while on this account since its a new one the low priority games are pretty hard so it would be a huge hassle if you try and clear lpq the legitimate way
