It looks to me like sven is hella strong, with those strength buffs , the change to his ult, and the fact that the jungle spawns every minute now... These are big changes bois.

I think it's more nerfed snowball, which indirectly buffs comebacks? very small relationship I think. the victim will retain more gold on death, which means you can farm more relative net worth from them if you are behind? /shrugs
