Death cost from 100 + NW/50 to 50 + NW/40
Shrines now start on cooldown and become available at 5 minutes
Reduced Shrine count in base from 5 to 3
Creep denies now grant the denying team 30% of the XP bounty

thank god the shrines from base were limited sieging hg was almost like in 6.83

So many new things but i dont see a new meta coming out except for maybe sven? I do think sven might be broken because tb is now pretty much top tier carry

For anybody else here who autistically spams lich, sacrifice still grants you the full exp from creeps, I haven't checked if the enemy gets the 70% exp, but I assume not and that sacrifice still works the same way as old denies.

I like nightstalker's flying ability, is cute and scary

i'm no 5k but yea, that is certainly the case.

More exp for the safelaner, and now you can actually trade in even matchups without losing all your Regen and ultimately losing the lane because the offlaner shrined and still has it's Salve.

Also you can pull at :53 every minute again, so it's more convenient.

Who needs Lich now when his most useful skill is given to everyone? I mean the only reason i picked lich was to earn a bit more xp than usual. But if you think logically, killing your own comrades during a wartime to put them out of their misery IS something that makes you more experienced. Who follows me?

Why even is Anti-Mage's mana break a unique attack modifier anymore.

I don't think jungling is buffed, can get more creep per minutes is great,but 20% less rewarding will punish thouse noob jungler and for them is bigger nerf then buff on jungle.

I think drow buffed so much cuz of deso. And meepo is back. And junglers are back.

so much win in this patch, even satanic TA is viable, sometimes you want raw stats on TA, you would make skadi or heart, but now satanic would be the way to go, so vs a pudge and dot line up, bloodthorn Satanic could be very viable.
